Fibromyalgia isn't an autoimmune disease. It's a condition and from what I know it doesn't effect your immune system

I was reading a book on fibromyalgia, which I have in every part of my body, causes a type of internal stress which can and does destroy red blood cells. Also it causes loss of bone density, my doctor even referes to it as a disease not a condition.
