Can You Qualify For A Mortgage If You Have A Lien That Is Being Paid?
We've applied for a mortgage and we were approved but the approval is contingent upon several things one being my co applicant paying a child support lien. His child support is being deducted from his check and arrears therefore he is paying off the lien. Can we still qualify for the mortgage or does it have to be paid in full first?
