Can A Landlord Regulate Guests?
I have day guests in my apt. with my permission, my landlord yells at me for usage of water and un-supervised visits. They stay overnight. Am I requiered to notify landlord of all unexpected overnight stays? Can he regulate my house guests on a daily basis. Can I have guests over at any time (with consideration)? Does he have ANY right to regulate my personal usage of space?

All of that is stipulated in your lease.
Read it ALL carefully. If there is no mention of guests in the lease than he has no right to regulate your guests.
