When it come to drinking better water means healthier and safer. The quantity of dissolved minerals in water is very small, and no vitamins, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates exist in water. Many tap water supplies contain some extra fluoride that is added in their processing plants. On the other hand, Bottled water, is not essentially fluoridated. Thus, nutrient-wise, bottled water may be lower in terms of fluoride content, especially awkward for children who are forming teeth. As much as safety is concerned, both tap and bottled water must hold on to similar values of quality. The major difference between the two: one comes at a price; the other is completely free of cost.
All water, whether bottled or tap, includes some microbiological and chemical elements that enter into our water supply all the way through nature, by animals, or from humans. In daily terms, it would not be possible to get rid of all contaminants from water — not only would it be really expensive, but it also wouldn't offer any health shield. Some elements — such as iron, sulfur, or chlorine — change the taste and tang of tap water. A variety of treatment devices can be installed in the home to advance filtration of drinking water.
So, I say drinking water is healthier and safer it should be filtered and treated in the best way possible in order to kill germs.

I think both are not safe. Let's see tap may contain disease that can be transmitted to the body and also contain some impurities while bottled water is used in chemicals which when used in excess may be harmful to the body.

Your question is very sensitive because water is the biggest resource which transforms the diseases. And it is also one of the biggest needs of human being. Even our body contains 80 percent of water approximately.
You want to know that which one is better in tap water and bottled water. In fact, it depends upon the way of that water it is preserved. For example, if there is water in a bottle and it has been there for a long time then it might contain many germs and diseases so you must not use it. You can say that the date has expired for using that water. Similarly if there is bottled water with well preserved packing then you can use it no harm it.
Now you can apply the same condition on the tap water, if that water is fresh and clean then I think there is no better drinking water than the tap water. On the other hand if tap water is unclean and dirty moreover it is coming from some tank where it has been kept for a long time then tap water is not good.
Hence it depends upon the condition of the water. I hope you've understood

The answer to your question is tapped water. Be careful and read the ingredients on the bottle, you must buy bottled water that has little or no magnesium in it.
