Cellular respiration is the process in which the food is broken down in the body cells. During this process energy is released in the form of ATP. This energy is used by the plants for the formation of Glucose.
There are three main stages of cellular respiration which includes glycolysis, Krebs cycle, and Electron Transport Chain(ETC). During the stage of glycolysis, the molecules of glucose are broken down in molecules of pyruvate. After the formation of pyruvate Krebs cycle starts. In Krebs cycle, pyruvate goes from cytosol to mitochondria and Acetyle CoA is formed. At the end of Krebs cycle 4 carbon dioxide molecules, 6 NADH molecules, 2 ATP molecules and 2 FADH2 molecules are produced. During Kreb cycle very low energy is produced. In the third stage of Kreb cycle, ETC, energy is again released. This is the locked energy in the original glucose molecule. During this stage chemiosmosis occurs and more energy molecules are formed. In this way three stages of cellular repirations are processed.

Cellular Respiration is actually a process through which the food is broken down by the cells of the body for the production of energy. There are three main stages of Cellular Respiration which are as follows:
1. Glycolysis: Is the first stage of cellular respiration. In this stage the glucose molecules are broken down from carbohydrates into molecules of pyruvate.
2. Krebs Cycle: In this second stage, the Pyruvate is shuttled from cytosol to the insider the Mitochondrion. This stage characterizes an aerobic process which means it needs oxygen to function.
3. the Electron Transport Chain (ETC):This features a network of electron carrying proteins that are located in the membrane of the mitochondrion The proteins carry electrons from one place to another.
