Lotion always helps and it may be a good idea to check and see what type of bra you are wearing. That is why I only know wear sports bras, some are great at they have no shoulder bands. Much more comfortable. I have a few spare when these are in the wash and have not had time to do laundry and by gosh, wonder how I wore those others for so many years. They itch, bind, everything I hate, dig in and so on
