The conversions depend on what are you measuring on the teaspoon. Whether it is a liquid or a solid. However, 1/3 teaspoon equals 1.75 ml. Here is a link from where you can get help on such conversions:

This answer cracks me up! So it equals 1.75 ml. But what does that equal to in US?
Approx 20 "metric" drops for a liquid or a "pinch" for a solid, or fill your teaspoon 1/3 of the way, or buy measuring spoons that do 1/8, 1/3, 1/4, 1/2 of tea and tablespoons.

It looks to me as though your question has been answered. Also, I think that it would take you a whole lot less time to find a 'conversion'
chart online than to wait around for this question to be answered. So PLEASE mark this question as answered so it does not take away from the questions that actually do need some answers.

OK - throw in a pinch of whatever you're supposed to use 1/3 of a teaspoon of. Think of the teaspoon measurement as the 'small' standard spoon (vs the 'big spoon') in your silverware drawer. Now go do it - be fearless and imaginative! Cook to you heart's desire!
