You must be absolutely certain it isn't a blockage or something first or you could make the problem worse. If there's no other symptoms you can call your vet as they know all the details and ask them the correct dosage for her on a little mineral oil. It can usually be done over the phone. A little canned pumpkin (NOT pie filling) in her food may also help.
