What Qualifications Do I Need To Become A Geography High School Teacher?

I am in Year 9 but I need to start deciding what I want to do for a career so I have decided to become a high school teacher in geography. I have to start deciding what subjects to take for Year 10 and 11. HELP!

    There are a number of routes you can take to become a Geography teacher. You can get an undergraduate degree such as Bachelors of Education, or an Undergraduate degree in Geography i.e B.A or B.Sc in Geography with QTS . You can even get a certification in teaching at post graduate level or even get a training after completing all of your education. In any case, you would need to have English, Science and Mathematics in your early classes. See link below for future routes:

      It is best to keep your options wide, you may want to be a geography teacher now, but perhaps not in a years time
