Recently, My Ex Was Arrested For Stealing My Debit Card. I Am Not The Prosecuting Party, The State Is. In The Process, The Judge Ordered A No Contact Order. My Question Is; Can The Courts Order A No Contact Order Without My Signing Anything?

He does have a record for previous domestic violence. He no longer resides here, yet wants to come back here. He was charged with a fifth degree felony which was dropped today to a misdemeanor.

Remember the courts are here for a reason, to use someone else's debit card does not need you to sign anything the bank can do it, and the Judge took into account his record he is lucky to be free that is a federal offense, messing with the bank they must have known you would not press charges from other dealings where you were concerned........the best to you and once again yes they can do this......
