Not eating is no way to lose weight. The body thinks it is starving and tries to store up fat. Food is fuel for the body. Does a car run on empty?

Certainly not! I have mad ethat mistake before. If anything it makes you gain weight because as soon as you start eating again it doesn't give you energy it just turns into body fat, this is the bodys way of storing food. If you really really want to lose weight or just get healthy, see your GP and he can work out a meal plan with you to suit your needs. Hope this has helped =D
