What Could You Do If Your New Car Was Wrecked While The Dealer Had It?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

If your new car had been wrecked by a dealer before you purchased the car, then you can always go for a different car. You can tell him that the car has been dented in several places and you won't accept it, till everything is just the way you want it. If you had given your car for servicing and you received it back with various dents, then you need to catch hold of the dealer and tell him that he better fix all of the wreckage that he has done. You can also threaten to sue him if he doesn't mend the damage that he has caused to your car. If he still doesn't work on his mistake, then you can actually go ahead and sue him or a file a complaint against the dealer, and also report it to the car companies that he has the dealership for.
