Actors come from all over, they were not all born in Hollywood. Take part in acting classes in high school, or any plays they offer. If not on stage, at least backstage and learn the craft. Eventually you can move on to a college that will offer acting courses. Most actors drop out as soon as they have a chance to get a paying job and will move on from there.
