In elementary, yes I did. And in fact, it imploded. I did not get much of the candy and money that was in the pinata due to the fact that I needed time to get my blindfold off. But it more than made up for it because it was a good feeling to be the one to pop the pinata

When I was a kid my friend had a pinata for her birthday... They had done enough that they knew to hold back all the kids and let them go after the blindfold was off... Lol.. Then we all shared the candy equally...was so much fun.

We made one, when I was in 7th or 8th grade. Never hit one, though. I did get hit with the stick at one of the kid's parties. That's something you don't forget. I had a huge bruise, for 2 weeks. OUCH!

Now that you mention it, that's not a bad idea. If my luck holds with pinatas, though, I could be taking a huge risk!!! Maybe I'll just get a treat, and forget the pinata!
Yea I did in high school Spanish class. I was not the one to break it, but it did get busted and had candies in it. They are fun, but beware of the person hitting it- they get crazy!

I can just imagine the excitement of it.
we were in a small place too- our classroom- so all the students, desks etc it was a tight fit.
LOL hit a pinata several times.. I don't think I ever cracked one open.. I was always grateful at my height just to be able to reach the thing.. :D
But it was always full of those giant econo bags of candy and those little junk toys that Kids just LOVE enough to wrestle to the floor.. Haha
