Well, I don't guess I have an answer because I don't believe in witches, don't think those who proclaim to be witches have any powers whatsoever.

If you're talking about modern 'white' witches, then no, they would profess to be Wiccan or similar. A black witch would tend to proclaim whatever suited her best at the time, I suppose.
