Who Are The Earliest Invaders Attracted To Algeria's Coast?

The first inhabitants of Algeria were the Berbers, so you couldn't call them invaders. The first invaders were the Phoenicians in about 900 BC - they settled there and built the city of Carthage. That was then destroyed by the Romans in the second century BC.
