Can I As The Mother Stop The Arrears That's Owed To My Children? It's A Hardship Request From Their Father.
My children are now 19 & 17 one out of school in college and the other a senior in college. After 17 years he is claiming he is not the father of one of my children and wants the arrears stopped.

If your ex is claiming he is not the father of one of your children, a paternity test may be necessary, though it is unusual to make a claim like this after so many years. But if you ask him if he's willing to take a test, and he agrees, that could be your first step towards resolving the situation. Your local child support officer could probably advise you about getting a test, though I don't think they are free.
