The 30D is an amazing camera with a lot of high end professional features. The 40D also but the real value is in the 30D. To use and appreciate all the might of that camera be sure you put good quality lenses on it--interchangeable lenses is a huge gain with DSLR's over the tourist cameras. I am jealous! Congratulations. Now go use it, and forget those other jealous people and their uniformed opinions!

Sure! Those are really nice. It also really matters on what kind of lens u use though. If u want good results, buy a lens separately. The ones that come with the camera are cheap and not so good.
