 Are they really going to put tracking devices on the elderly?!!

 Maybe yes, because most of senior citizens have memory gap and can't remember a lot of things and others have short term memory lost. And they could not remember where they live. It would be easier for the family if they put tracking devices on elders because it would be easier for them to locate them and it could prevent any accidents like getting lost.
