To get to iron island go to canalave city and aboard a boat. You need surf.
Rock climb is on route 217 there is a guy on skis spinning wildly go heaps east from there and theres a house just on the right .
In solaceon town the ruins you try read the sign it will say directions like lower left top right top left... If you cant read it ill tell you in another comment

The ruins say top right, lower left, top right, top left, top left and then lower left. When you go down there there are 4 poke balls grab them all. At the bottom it says "friendship, all lives touch other lives to create something anew and alive" basically meaningless
