    Eat all kinds of fruits 3 times in a day mix all fruits in a bowl then eat regularly its very helpful for fair complexion
    and in vegetables eat all green vegetables and u should drink 1 glass of milk daily
    and drink a plenty of water at least 8-10 glasses are essential
    n yeah the most important thing AVOID WITH JUNK FOOD its very bad 4 our skin n also 4 hairs
