If You Burn Your House Down, But You Don't Have Insurance, Is It Still Considered Arson?

Answer Question

Yes, I believe it can be considered arson if you had the intention to do harm. If it was an accidental fire then it is not considered arson. If you burn your house down for insurance purposes, it is not only arson that you may be charged with but also insurance fraud.
