It's just an infected hair follicle. It will go away sooner or later. No problem, lots of people get them

clean it with a disinfectant like rubbing alcohol or peroxide then use neosporine, then you don't have to worry about infection. It should go away in 4 to 6 days

If you can you could pull the ingrown hair out and then clean the area real good and use some antibiotic cream on it.
