I have my floating turtle in a small/medium sized cage. I do not have him in a large tank with a filter, but i do clean his water everyday and try to feed him everyday. Is that OK?

Yup its perfectly ok but make that sure that you are keeping the turtle in a cage that is three times bigger than its own size. If you have arranged at least three times more space than its size and is cleaning water on regular basis then it is ok. Turtle habitat
