      The temperature of 0C degrees is equal to +32F. This is the freezing point of sterile water at sea level. The only place the two scales intersect is at -40 C and -40 F So if anyone tries to tell you he's cold and it;s "Only -40 C" you can laugh at the guy and shiver a lot too since you are both freeing at the same temp.
