My boyfriend told me he was going to the villages but his brother told me he was at the house and he hasn't called me or anything.

I would ask him where he was and see if he tells you he didn't go to the villages. If says he did that tell him you know he wasn't there and wait for an answer. I wouldn't be suspicious, unless you have reason to be.
