How Do I Fix My Frozen Ipod Screen?
The screen is blank and frozen I tried to reset but it's not working.

That should work, but if it doesn't consider contacting Apple and let them know you have a problem with your iPod. They will probably tell you to send them your iPod and they fix it or send you a refurb. Be sure to remove all of your mp3 player accessories and your songs, before you send it in.

Well buddy!
First clip the "11.0pt>Hold" switch to "11.0pt>on", and then back to 11.0pt>off (none of the red is showing). This is how you are resetting it. Now you have to press and hold down the 11.0pt>Menu and 11.0pt>Select buttons for at least a period of 10 seconds, unless you see a logo on it. This will surely work and if does not then please ask again.
