    Microsoft outlook is personal information manager from Microsoft. Though it is used predominantly as an email application, it can also be used for note-taking and as a contact list. It also doubles up as a calendar and a journal.

    You can set up a work email account for Microsoft Outlook in the following manner:
    Go to Tools and choose email accounts.
    Once the email account wizard window opens up, you have to click on 'add a new email account' and click next.

    Click on 'POP3' and hit next.

    Now the POP3 window will open; enter the relevant information. For information to enter in Incoming Mail Server (POP3) and Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), you need to get in touch with your ISP.

    Follow the rest of the instruction and you will be able to configure your work email for Microsoft Outlook.
