What Breed Of Dog Do You Like Best?

That would either be a St. Bernard, or a Shepherd. For my husband, it's a doberman pincer, or a shepherd, and for our daughter, she doesn't really care, as long as it likes kids.

Labrador Retriever..it has been the number one dog in the AKC for the last 15 years.  ( smile )

Wouldn't take a million bucks for my maltese but overall throughout my life I've found you can't beat a good ole Heinz 57. And a maltese makes such an excellent chew toy for a larger mutt!

Golden Retriever. I have a 6 month old named Canon after Pachelbel's Canon in D. Before him I had another Golden Retriever named Simba. He lived to be 14 and was the sweetest, smartest, dog I have ever had.

Boston terriers and boxers both are great dogs.

Saint Bernard or a Doberman. Those are wonderful dogs, great for protection of the family and still friendly and obedient to their masters.

Border Collie; good at tricks and learning, great at agility

I would have to go with English Mastiff.  We have one and have found it is the perfect breed for us.  She is intelligent, protective, very gentle with our kids, wary of strangers and just overall a great companion.

I would have to say the Great Dane i used to have one named Lucy but my mom gave her away.
