    Multiply both sides of the equation by 4.

    T = (15/10)*4 = 60/10 = 6

    T = 6

      T/4=15/10
      cross multiply- 10t=60
      Divide both sides by 10- 10t/10=60/10
      T=6

        That other guy gave you the right answer. There is a sluff way too.
        15/10 = 1.5
        what divided by 4 = 1.5?
        You get 6.
