Answer Question

You must remove the trans in order to do this. pull drive shaft put jack under trans remove trans cross member and mount. remove all cables from top and bottom of trans including the cables on the throttle body. remove distributor cap. mark drive shaft before removal for proper installation, un do all bolts from clutch linkage and remove undo trans bolts and pull away from engine. it is better to replace the clutch pressure plate and throughout bearing as a unit than just the clutch. check th flywheel and make sure itr is still in one piece remove and have turned at a shop or replace if bad. Installation is the reverse of the removal.
