Answer Question

    The gravitational force present between earth and sun causes the earth to orbit around the sun. According to Newton's law, the force of attraction present between two bodies is directly proportional to the product of masses of bodies and inversely proportional the square of distance between them.

    F= Gm1m2/r2

    F= gravitational force

    G= gravitational constant

    m1= mass of earth

    m2= mass of sun

    r = radius
