Are Drums Noise Pollution ?

I wan't to know if playing the drums is loud enough to count as noise pollution ? And if there is any times of the day i could play without it causing noise pollution?

    Drums can be considered a source of noise pollution if they exceed a certain noise level that can vary from municipality to municipality.  It would behove you to refrain from playing that might disturb your neighbors between 10pm and 6am.  I wouldn't necessarily start at 6am either.  Not everyone has to be up at that hour.  It's nice to see that you take the discomfort of others into consideration.

      If you can't play well then they can be ..but if you know how to jam then its music
