My Skin Colour Is Quite Dark. Help Me Out?

I am fifteen years old boy but i am very thin,skiny and dark. How can i make my self fit,smarty and healthy.

    Smart?  Start studying and less recreation.  If you truly want to be informed, gather knowledge.  If you want to integrate that into intelligence, keep the company of people who have been able to integrate knowledge with practical application of it.  Don't expect to sleep with the dogs, and not wake up with fleas. Watch the company you keep/choose.

      Melanin content in your body causes the dark complexion. One tip is that make paste of grinded almonds and rose water and apply on your skin daily. You will feel the difference very soon. You can also cut a tomato in two halves and then rub it on your face. You will see the results in a few days.

        Why do you worry about your dark skin?  One would hope that a civilised nation accepts all hues and shades.  Study and learn to think for yourself - this is how to make the most of your intelligence.  Enjoy life and find reasons to be cheerful.  A sunny personality is always welcome to others, and makes up for any imagined defect in appearance.  Think - would you rather spend time with a plain but amusing person, or a sulky glum beauty?

        Well first in the summer don't get in the sun to much time and maybe you could get some makeup that is lighter than your skin and try it on maybe it will work.

        If you don't have ance prone skin, Fred Palmer skin whitener from any grocery store. Sleep with on, sit around the house with it on and buy sunscreen 35 or 45 neutrogena. If you have ance prone skin, asks your doctor for the 4% bleaching cream and still wear sun block.Eat a lot anything you want,Sleep and do push and sit ups and you'll look fit and more masculine. Your already smart. Do everything that makes you happy.Guess what when you start looking bigger and buff your not going to be worried about your beautiful dark wrinkle free smooth skin color, because black doesn't crack.

          You are very young and still are growing. Be happy with who you are. Confidence is very attractive. Talk to a guidance couselor in school about some career chooses and colleges. Get a good education so you will be sucessful. Take good care of your health by not eating a lot of fast foods and drinking a lot of soda and sugary drinks. Eat more veggies and drink plenty of water. If you want to build muscles, join a gym and have a fitness instructor train you. I'm not sure what your concern is about being dark but you cannot do anything about the color of your skin. Embrace who you are and love who you are.
