Inappropriate urination is not normal and is a health concern. Cats can have urinary tract infections, bladder stones, feline lower urinary tract disease (inflammation of the bladder related to stress), or secondary to behavioral causes. Your cat needs to be examined by a veterinarian and to start have a urinalysis performed.
