What Is Fungi?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Fungi is a moss that will grow in damp areas feeding off another living plant.  Examples of fungi are tree moss, mushrooms, and can also grow on toenails, hence having to be treated.  Fungi comes in many forms, yeast is similar, can lie dormant, but given the right environment, will grow also, the blue stuff you see on bread, mold. Fungi is also a mold that like stated above lives in moist, often dark dank areas or where there is little room to breathe, such as foot fungi, caught in damp communal showers - other name, athletes foot.  Almost like a veggie type parasite lol
