I think may your dog is suffering from Canine distemper .The virus first appears in bronchial lymph nodes and tonsils two days after exposure contact your vet as soon as early as possible and go for FNAC test and then biopsy if needed.

My dog has a growth and the vet did a biopsy and said it was a non malignant tumor. Unless it got really big or started invading vital stuff it was fine. I could have it removed. If it's growing fast it could be cancer! Call and see a vet asap! Or call SPCA in your area and ask if they can help if you can't afford a vet.

Any mass or growths on the dog body can be very disturbing
for the owner. These growths/lumps/bumps can be due to variety of reasons. I
can give you some possibilities and exact diagnosis because i can not see them.
You vet can diagnose these lumps and can offer some treatment. These lumps in dogs can be a sebaceous cyst which is
formed due to plugging of oil glands. These are treated by their own. Common type
of bumps is lipoma which is fatty tumors and doesn’t harm but larger can cause
irritations. When hair follicles become infected, also cause bumps formation.
Other types of skin bumps can be follicular cysts, fibroma and granuloma. All
these bumps are non cancerous and don't harm much but some time if infection
might ask you to visit a vet.
There are some bumps which can be cancerous like basal cell tumors which can
spread to other parts of the body as well.
So visit to vet for the diagnosis.
