Breakfast is one of the most important things we have in our life. So for healthy life healthy food is must. Now, question arises, what is healthy food .There are many kinds of food two of them are 1) healthy food 2) Junk food. Healthy food doesn't mean a full creamy yummy and heavy food. It means your meal must have all vitamin, proteins,enzymes,calcium in it.
Our day starts from morning as it is obvious if start is good ends must be good. So first meal of the day is breakfast it must be healthy and must have all nutrition in it. We need breakfast to get energy and get ourselves prepare for the tough and hectic day breakfast gives us energy for facing the whole day trouble.. It is also good for your diet i.e. if you take a full nutritious breakfast so if you would not take lunch its OK , you won't feel tiredness if you had your breakfast healthy. Your breakfast must include one egg, (Boiled or fried), some cereals, a glass of milk etc. so this will be your healthy and full nutritious food which helps you to be healthy and fresh.

Well, it's a bit like a car. When you're asleep your body uses up all the fuel inside your boday, much as a car uses up all its fuel when it been running for a long time. Breakfast is the fuel that you need to get your body going so that you can hit the road.
Any breakfast is better than no breakfast at all, but it's best not to have doughnuts or pastries all the time. They are high in calories and sugars and don't contain any nutrients, so although you might feel full just after eatin git, you wil be hnugry again within an hour or so.
Try to eat something such as a bowl of porrige, cereals, nuts, fruits aor milk , yohurts and cheese. Some people skip breakfast because they sleep too late or because they think it's a good way to stay slim, but in reality, missing breakfast doesn't help people maintain a healthy weight and you will feel tired earlier on in the day. Added to this, recent studies have shown that kids who don't eat breakfast are less able to leran at school, get less iron in their diets and are more likely to have a higher body mass index, which is a sign that they coul dbe overweight.
