    Moral Luck is known as the phenomenon where a moral agent is assigned moral blame or moral praise for certain actions or consequences even if it is very clear that the agent did not have full control or power over the events that tool place. The introduction of this term was done by 'Bernard Williams', the question of moral luck was included in with significance to a coherent moral theory, However initially the topic was first raised by Williams and Thomas Nagel in their essays on the same topic.
