Apart from the obvious cast of now famous voices, so many people have appeared in the Simpsons, from Tony Blair to Michael Jackson.
Obviously Kelsey Grammer, is a regular famous voice, who plays the murderous Side Show Bob! Oak voice wonder James Earl Jones appeared in Season 2. Dustin Hoffman and Ringo Starr also appears in Season 2.
Larry King has appeared as himself, I think I'm right in saying on a number of occasions.
Spinal Tap appeared in Season 3
SO MANY SEASONS, SO MANY STARS! Here's some more!
Tom Jones, Leonard Nimoy and Elizabeth Taylor were also in Season Three!
Ernest Borgnine, Michelle Pfeiffer and Adam West (obviously before he became Mayor in Family Guy!)
Mel Brooks, Susan Sarandon, Mulder and Scully from the X-Files have all appeared too.
More recenly Stephen Sondheim, Meg Ryan, Natalie Portman and a number of other big names have appeared in the various series and seasons.
