My Cdrom Reads Some Discs But Not Others, What Could Be Wrong?

We just bought a new printer,scanner and we can't get the install disc to run.

Hey buddy,
There are only two ways if your CDROM installed properly but no reading all the disc.
1=> May be your CD's have so many scratches or CD is corrupt.
2=> Second thing is the Lense of your CDROM is week then it need to get some sharpness.

Final Comments: If your CDROM is in warranty then replace from the dealer otherwise your need to have get some assistance from Hardware consultant, Just like me.......
