I'm new to skateboarding (started 3 days ago) andvI was wondering how long it will take to master the ollie while practicing 30 minutes a day?

To completely master the ollie maneuver in skate boarding,you will take around 10 to 20 days depending on your skills and learning curve.Good luck in mastering it.

It varies from person to person some people might get it the first week and then there's some people who don't get until a month or two.
