Puff pastry is pastry with alternating layers of butter, each time the butter is added it is folded and rolled and given a quarter turn until it i turned completely around where you started. Remember to roll each layer. It dries out quickly, so when you work with it keep it covered with a damp towel. You can use this as a top to chicken pot pie or desserts.
