You shouldn't donate blood (including plasma) whilst pregnant; at least, that's the rule in the UK. The exclusion also carries on for nine months after your childbirth.

It is dangerous to donate plasma during pregnancy, as it takes away from your iron stores. This could cause severe anemia in both you and your baby. It is also advised to wait at least 1 year after delivery to donate, so that your body can replenish itself.
