This is what you do..point that hour hand to number 1 and next is point the second hand to number 12. This is like you are reading it's
1 o'clock .this will chime at 1 o'clock one, then at 2 o'clock twice, and so on. This will solve your problem. =)

It is very simple. You need to fix the time once again and keep it to chime for a while. Load the batteries again and i am sure it will work best after you fox the time again.

do one thing only. hour hand is pointed at number 1 and the second hand is pointed at 12, this will read 1'oclock and it will chime once. and two chimes at 2'oclock and so on
