When You See A Butterfly, What Is Your First Though?
I was once told that if a butterfly rests on you and sits for a while, you're a very special person. When I see butterflies, I smile. They signify "a fresh start" to me.

I think "How beautiful" , they are so free and beautiful. They just seem to have such a wonderful spirit of love.

When I see them, I think if my mother, because when I was little, she said that she would send them to me from heaven. They will land on me also, so I know that is my mother telling me that I am special, as she always told me when I was little. I am number 5 of 8 kids.

I just realized that I misspelled "thought" in my original question! Oooooh! I hate that! ;-)
My mother passed away too. I wanted to set a whole bunch of butterflies free at her funeral, but I was so upset that I forgot all about it when the time came. Butterflies are a good thing to connect to our loved ones that have passed because of their beauty and the love they seem to show in their freedom. They seem so spiritual as they fly around from place to place and from people to people. I think they come from heaven, too.
My first thought,is,that it is the only special creature for whom the god takes maximum time to design.!!. I also think how can nature have such a nice art with her.
