Who Invented The News Paper?

    The term Newspaper refers to a written publication which has news, information, advertisements etc. It covers aspects such as politics, events, crimes, social issues, business, arts, society and also sports.

    The first forms of Newspaper were found in Ancient Rome and China. In Ancient Rome government Bulletins were offered to public by Julius Caesar. They were posted in public areas and were engraved on stone or metal.

    In Ancient China, News sheet called Tipao were produced by the government and were distributed to court officials. This was done in Late Hans Dynasty since 2 A.D. This practice was also followed by Chinese Tang Dynasty where they wrote news on silk by hand which were read by government officials.

    When it comes to modern day news papers. The first one was by Johann Carolus and was called Relation aller Fürnemmen und gedenckwürdigen Historien. It was published in the year 1605 in Strassburg.
