Web Site Fraud. What Can I Do?
What can i do about "undercoverdetective.com". I paid for their service, and have the receit number. I've emailed them over and over, but they are ignoring me. Now i hear they done this to other people.

Unfortunately you can't do anything about website fraud. You never know who is maintaining the website. Their addresses may be fake. You don't know who is the person in charge doing all the stuff.
You can complain to the law enforcing authority but still there is no surety that you will get your money back. Be aware of spam websites.
