How Much Can A Landlord Raise The Rent Each Year In Kern County, Lake Isabella, C.A. Each Year.
Landlord wants to raise rent from $380.00 to $450.00 just because my husband would not cut and drag bushes on property for free.

I was going to say something about not being able to raise the rent more than the amount of the current rent. But upon further reading, you need to go to the landlord/tenant board and talk to them about this. If you have proof of this, it would be better for you, if it should come down to going to court over it, and just showing it to the board. Hope this helps, good luck.
