Will Cranberry Juice Clean Out Thc From My System?

Never ceases to amaze me that people claim a ninety day window when it has been shown that studies "proving" a ninety day detection window were likely have been because of people continuing to smoke after the study began.  A report by the National Drug Court Institute has shown otherwise.  Read www.ndci.org for details.  Be careful to read the whole thing, or it'll be confusing.  The article (starting on page 23), explains the different studies that created the myth, and then explains the studies that have shown that 21 - 30 days is about it.  The best thing to do accelerate the release of THC is to give yourself enough time to clean out (about 30 days if you are a regular smoker), exercise daily (up until 3 days before, as you don't want to much being released at the time of the test), drink plenty of water to aid in the reduction of fat cells in the body, take something to boost your metabolism (green tea and metabolism boosting supplements, which often contain green tea).  Eating small snacks throughout the day, instead of eating three larger meals, will stoke the metabolic fire.  Metabolism has everything to do with the release of THC from fat cells, and boosting the metabolism will help.  If you are within a week, the only thing you can really do is water yourself down on the day of the test, and hope that they use a standard 50 ng/ml test, without testing for creatine levels and PH.  If you are going to dilute, go to GNC and pick up some kind of system cleanser.  DO NOT TAKE GOLDEN SEAL as it is considered, in many cases, an automatic fail for attempting to adulterate or dilute the sample, and for God's sake, don't drink bleach.  Only idiots would risk death to pass a drug test.

Nothing will get THC out of the system quicker. It is stored in the fat and is extremely slow moving through the system. Even just smoking 1 time stays in the system 3-10 days. Regular use is 30-45 days and chronic use is up to 90 days. If anyone tells you something can get THC out quicker, they're lying to you or have received false information..

Cranberry juice is helpful for the urinary system. It will not help you with flushing out THC. The only thing that helps with that is time. Drinking lots of water will only help your urinary system as well. It takes 30 days for THC to move out of your system if you smoke it a lot. There are people who say there are things that help with that but do not be fooled. With technology today labs can pick up substances used to do this. Be patient and remember why did you smoke it if you knew this could happen.

This answer right here is reall no bullshit..your not going to clean your system fast enough to fool your p.o .So just stop smoking..but cranberry juice cleaning your system is a myth to..

I use the cranberry to flush the system.  It makes you have to pee a lot.  Some people use goldenseal too, but some test can detect that so they really don't like to use it.  Niacin cleans your system of THC.  You got to go to the doctor to see if your able to take the drug.  It's basically vitamin B2.
